To assist you with completing the required valuation, please see these frequently asked questions.
Question: Do I need to complete product valuation sheets for every one of my products?
Answer: It depends on your product types! Please see some common examples below.
Example 1: You own an apparel company and have t-shirts, hoodies, and hats with various designs and in different sizes. You will need to complete a valuation form for 1 t-shirt, 1 hoodie, and 1 hat, assuming your prices are the same or close for all designs and sizes.
Example 2: You own a bath & body company and have body mists, lotions, and body butters in different sizes (3 oz and 12 oz) and scents. You will need to complete a valuation for your 3 oz mist, 12 oz mist, 3 oz lotion, 12 oz lotion, 3 oz body butter, and 12 oz body butter, but do not need to differentiate by scent.
Question: What if I am an artist or jeweler and make one-of-a-kind pieces?
Answer: If you are an artist and sell original art, we would need a valuation form on your original art in a median price range. You could also complete valuation forms on a high price point piece, middle price point piece, and low price point piece to show your range of pricing.
If you are a jeweler and you sell one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets, and rings (for example), you would complete a valuation form on a median priced necklace (or your most popular), a median priced bracelet (or your most popular), and a median priced ring (or your most popular).
Question: If I have participated in the festival before, can I upload my previous valuation sheets?
Answer: Yes, if you still have them on file, they still reflect your current pricing, and are still accurate. If you have any new products you would like to showcase at the event, you will need to complete new valuation forms for those items.
